Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Days Off: Sunday & Monday
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Additional Earning Opportunity: Commission available for qualifying customer leads

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are a busy used-vehicle dealership in Burnaby, BC, and we are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organized Lot Attendant to join our team.

The Lot Attendant will be responsible for keeping our vehicle inventory organized, clean, and ready for customers while supporting the dealership’s day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on position involving vehicle movement, lot organization, vehicle preparation, and support for our sales and service teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Move and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot
Organize inventory and ensure vehicles are parked in the correct locations
Keep the vehicle lot clean, organized, and presentable
Move vehicles to and from the service shop
Bring vehicles in for inspections, servicing, and repairs
Prepare vehicles for customer appointments and test drives
Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable
Fuel vehicles as required
Check basic vehicle condition and report visible damage or concerns
Assist with vehicle deliveries and pickups
Coordinate vehicle movement between dealership locations when required
Assist the mechanic and sales team with vehicle preparation
Wash, vacuum, and perform basic vehicle detailing as required
Maintain cleanliness of the dealership grounds and surrounding areas
Assist with receiving newly purchased vehicles
Keep keys, vehicles, and inventory organized
Perform general dealership and lot duties as assigned
Identify and refer potential vehicle buyers to the sales team
Generate customer leads and have the opportunity to earn additional commission on qualifying vehicle sales

REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
Previous dealership, automotive, detailing, or lot experience is an asset but not required
Ability to safely drive automatic and manual-transmission vehicles is an asset
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday
Ability to legally work in Canada
COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT
$19.00 per hour
Full-time, permanent employee position
40 hours per week
Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Sunday and Monday off
Employee will be placed on the company’s regular payroll
Applicable payroll deductions, including income tax, CPP, and EI
Vacation and vacation pay in accordance with applicable B.C. employment standards
Applicable B.C. statutory holiday entitlement
Additional commission opportunity for qualifying customer leads
