• Strong Competent Diagnostic Skills – Able to operate diagnostic scanning equipment to decipher codes, test components and identify issues relating to client concerns
• Effectively communicate required repairs, work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements with Service Advisors
• Disassemble parts or assemblies, replace faulty components, and reassemble parts or assemblies independently in an efficient and time effective manner
• Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
